Digital ID cards can be accessed 24/7 by creating an account with UHCSR online at uhcsr.com/myaccount or by downloading the UHCSR mobile app to your smart phone or device. To create your account, you will need to use your student ID number.

All International students with an F-1 or J-1 visa status (including ELI students) are required to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan on a mandatory basis, and the premium will be automatically billed to the student’s university account.

Eligible students who enroll may also insure their Dependents.

Students must actively attend classes for at least the first 31 days for which coverage is purchased.

Home study, correspondence, and online courses do not fulfill the eligibility requirement that the student actively attend classes.

Continuation coverage is available for students who no longer meet eligibility. Student must be enrolled previous semester to be eligible. All students and their dependent(s) can purchase three (3) months of additional medical coverage. (Dental is not available.) Continuation must be purchased within thirty one (31) days of the current coverage termination date.
